All payments for coaching sessions, courses, or digital products must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase.

a. Payment Processors

Payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, or other authorized providers. Your payment details are not stored on our servers.

b. Cancellations Policy

Our sessions are often booked out weeks in advance. If you cancel your appointment, we are not able to offer a refund or reschedule the session. That time slot is considered used and is rarely able to be filled on short notice. If you'd like to meet again, a new appointment will need to be booked and paid in full.

c. Rescheduling Policy

We do not reschedule appointments or offer rescheduling for missed or canceled appointments. When you request to reschedule, it requires us to block off two separate time slots instead of one—and that limits how many people we can help. Because of this, all appointments are considered final once booked. We encourage you to be sure of your availability before scheduling.

6. Refund Policy

All sessions—including one-on-one appointments and any other services—are non-refundable. By booking a session, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. We give each session our full attention and care, but we cannot promise specific outcomes. Healing, deliverance, and breakthrough come only through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

7. No-Show Policy

When you schedule a session, that time is reserved only for you. If you miss your appointment for any reason, we will not be able to reschedule or refund the session. We ask that you treat this as a commitment—not just to us, but to your own healing journey.
